Pinterest DIY: Festive Pom Pom Garland
I have been wanting a pom pom garland FOREVER, but every time I see one that is for sale, they are pretty pricey. So, I decided to make my own when I came across a cute blog named Crab and Fish! She gave the simplest pom pom tutorial & then hung the garland in her son's room. Once I saw how easy it was, I went to Jo-Ann Fabric store & purchased two small bags of pom poms. One bag was white & the other had both white & colored pom poms. They were $1.99 each, but I got them 60% off because of their Veterans Day sale. I bought red & white twine from Walmart a few years ago, so the pom poms were all I had to get! This project literally took me about 30 minutes & I couldn't be happier with how it came out! I actually had just made my own chalkboard (tutorial coming soon), so I knew I wanted to drape the garland on the board. This garland makes the kitchen look very festive, just in time for the Christmas season! I hope you guys like it as much as I do & let me know if you make your own!
Happy Friday & happy projecting!
