tissue paper tassel garland

Happy Wednesday everyone!  Super short post, but I know a few of you had wanted a tutorial of the tassel garland I had posted on Instagram for Oliver a week ago.  I was going to show you step by step pictures (they turned out horrible), so the best one that I have found on the internet are found here!  The blog is called Linen, Lace and Love & they are two sisters, Jen & Jess, who came together & formed such a cute blog with fun diy's, recipes & more!  I used their diy confetti system inspired tissue paper tassel garland & it was perfect for Oliver's birthday party!  I will say that it did take a long time to make this garland & the silver paper was extremely difficult to work with!  But, in the end, I think it came out great!  Hope you guys enjoy & let me know if you have any other questions on how I made mine ;)
