2013 Recap with a little Christmas on the side

On Christmas morning, we read about Jesus' birth to Oliver.  We both want Oliver to grow up knowing the true meaning of why we celebrate Christmas.  Then we skyped with my family over in Hawaii & talked/opened gifts with them.  My parents surprised us with a Nikon camera!  I am really excited to not take all my photos on my iPhone ;)  A couple hours later, we headed to Matt's parents' house where we opened more gifts & had Christmas dinner.  We are so blessed to have two wonderful families & to share that special Christmas day with them!

So, I decided to put just a few pictures that represented this year to us.  I spent the first six months of this past year pregnant...  The first couple pictures is from our maternity shoot done by the lovely Jessica Stein!  She is amazing!

Then, the next six months we spent enjoying our beautiful little Oliver!  Here is a couple from our newborn sesh from the talented Jessica Baum!

Finally, these are just a couple I took yesterday with my new camera ;)  I am still trying to figure out how to work it, but love the camera so far!!!

I cannot express what a blessing 2013 has been!  Our son has been the greatest gift & we are so excited for what God has in store for us in 2014!  Hope everyone has a Happy New Year!
