We have been seriously wanting to have a picnic & decided last weekend that we would hit up Trader Joes & get some yumminess for the picnic!  I was really craving bruschetta because back in Oregon, some friends & I used to make it all the time & it really reminded me of our get togethers.  Matt, on the other hand, wanted a cheese plate.  He's addicted to them & was so excited to pick out a few fun cheeses that he would normally not get.  Ollie wanted fruit & macarons!  So, we HAD to go to our favorite macaron shop in Ghent called, Hummingbird Macarons!

Even though it was really cold, we managed to have a little bit of fun & even snapped a few pics (I was totally trying to be artsy, BUT, thats's me & I like that!).  Also, let me tell you a little bit about this mat.  It is absolutely GORGEOUS!  It is made of bonded leather with a suede backside.  I got the navy in size midi from Gathre & the quality is just perfect.  We have used it over damp grass & haven't even felt any dampness.  They have even added a little strap on the back that you can use to easily hang it!  I just want you all to know, that this blog post is not an ad, I just really love their brand!  Anyways, here are a few fun pictures & hope you all have a lovely weekend!
